We recommend team sizes between 2 – 15 people and up to 20. It works for both face to face and remote teams.

Someone who brings the team together for a Culture Conversation, during Team Meetings or as standalone sessions (we recommend every fortnight).

I seriously loved all of it. The balance between humour and critical messages/learnings was bang on for me. I often went from belly laughing to making detailed notes on a very key topic. To be honest, I've never been this engaged in an online learning module. I normally just click through the e-learning as quickly as I can and then hope I pass the quiz at the end, haha!
